GymKids | GymStars | Competitive Team

Gymnastics provides a fun and safe activity that gets kids physically active.  Not only does the sport provide a good, solid fitness foundation, gymnastics also provides many other benefits, from socialization skills to life skills to basics that can enhance performance in other sports.

GymKids gymnastic classes are for boys and girls ages two through six years old. Children participate in a wide range of fun activities that enhance their physical, emotional and social development. We incorporate learning and social skills with locomotor and gymnastic skills to stimulate and motivate the "whole child", not just his or her muscles. Read more about GymKids.

GymStars gymnastic and tumbling classes are for girls in first grade and older. Children work with gymnastic equipment, participate in fun activities that promote sound gymnastics fundamentals and develop skills necessary for life-long physical fitness. Tumbling classes are for gymnastics and cheerleading from beginner to advanced. Read more about GymStars.

The Competitive Team has a rich history of success at the state and national levels. Many gymnasts have earned full or partial scholarships and compete at the collegiate level. In May 2011, Ella Anderson was crowned National All-Around Champion at the Junior Olympic Level 9 Eastern Championships. Read more about Competitive Team.
